Don't say I never gave you anything for Christmas! Corsendonk Christmas Ale as the Boris Beer of the Week? Awesome. There are no rules for "Christmas" style beers.  They vary depending on the brewer's interpretation of holiday flavors. Corsendonk Christmas Ale is simply perfect. It's a Belgian strong dark ale with just a hint of holiday spices, not enough to overpower, but enough to let you know it's time to celebrate.  This is a world class Christmas ale and one of my favorites. I have fond memories of hunting down this beer every year and sharing it with someone special. Hope you do the same. Here's to another year of amazing beers. Cheers!
